Jacquie received her Aviation Certificate as she was finishing her B.S. in Education. After a few years of classroom teaching she transferred her teaching skills to the cockpit. She is a Gold Seal Flight Instructor and in 2004 won a Flight Instructor of the Year award. Jacquie has flown for K2 Aviation of Talkeetna, Alaska that provides scenic tours with glacier landings and climbing support for Mt. McKinley/Denali. Today she is a Captain in the Civil Air Patrol teaching cadets to fly.
